All riders must sign a release of liability.
A current negative Coggins test is required.
If the horse’s owner is a minor, a parent or guardian responsible for payment of charges must sign these agreements.
All horses in training must have contract, and payment in full on file prior to check-in. Horses coming in without the above will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Payments are to be paid monthly on time or late fees will be added.
Horses will not leave premises until full payment is received and paid.

Do not ask for special pricing please. We are in business to provide an excellent service to people where they can bring their horses for training and know that the horse is being trained to its full potential. We are a horse training facility, teaching facility, and working cattle ranch. We are unique in that we offer a large variety of training and teaching techniques for people and horses of all ages. We use a safe, non-aggressive approach in all of our training and teaching methods. Each horse will be put in a customized training program to fit the needs and wants of the owner, with the horses safety and health put first. Recommendations:**If you need your horse hauled in TTPH will help find a horse transportation company must be paid privately by horses' owner. **Bringing your splint boots of choice. If TTPH's boots are used and your horse tears/destroys them you will be responsible for a new pair ($100 value) **Each horse has an Equine Dentist to check teeth prior to training *Equine Dentist- Wallace Equine Dental Care *Calls during training-Calling to check on your horse's progress is completely encouraged-to an extent. In the past we have had problems with clients wanting to call and talk to hours on a daily basis. This cuts time out of your horses training and progress and others training and progress. Please keep calls short and to the point. If I do not return a call or text immediately do not worry I will get back to you as soon as I can. Additional Fees Full Shoeing $100- $150 depending on shoe type Trims-$45 Veterinary Expenses: Billed to owner: Shots/Worming/Vaccinations/Medications- billed to owner at cost of the medication Coggins/Emergency Vet service/Other-Billed to owner plus service fee.
While in training your horse will enjoy his/her stay in a large 10x12 stall with thick rubber mats along with fresh, deep shavings that are cleaned daily. Enjoy 24/7 access to fresh, clean water. High quality horse hay 3x a day and high fat/high protein grain 2x a day. Your horse will be started in the round pen and move to the arena and worked on chosen focus area(colt starting, roping, reining, working cow, extreme trail, versatility ranch horse) We are a working cattle ranch, your horse could be used to gather cattle, rope cow/calves to tag/doctor, and/or other ranch horse duties. Your horse will be exposed to, but not limited to:cattle, obstacles, large open fields, working dogs, farm equipment, obstacles, lake, streams, creeks, hills, brush, trails, hot walker and other things around the ranch. After your horses riding time slot for the day your horse will enjoy a warm or cool bath(weather depending) in our wash rack and then enjoy the tunes playing in the barn for the remainder of the day.
